Products

We make every effort to accurately display our products, descriptions, and colors. Because many of our products are handmade or made from natural materials, slight variations in wood grain, color, texture, and appearance may occur.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Many Frontier Treasure products are handmade or made to order. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.

Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order. Frontier Treasure is not responsible for errors provided by the customer during the ordering process.

Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by Frontier Treasure.

Unfinished Wood Craft Kits

Our unfinished wood craft kits are sold unfinished and do not include paint, brushes, glue, or other craft supplies unless specifically stated in the product description.

Because wood is a natural material, minor variations in grain and appearance are normal.

Intellectual Property

All Frontier Treasure designs, artwork, product images, descriptions, logos, and original designs remain the property of Frontier Treasure.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any design, artwork, digital file, or intellectual property.

Unfinished wood cutouts, designs, digital files, and products may not be copied, reproduced, resold as unfinished items, digitized, distributed, or claimed as your own work.

Finished craft projects created by customers for personal use are permitted.

Prices, product availability, and product specifications are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Frontier Treasure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
