• Crochet Items: Processing times vary by product and will be displayed on the product listing

Shipping Delays

Frontier Treasure is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control once a package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the best resolution.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
