Returns & Exchanges
At Frontier Treasure, each item is handcrafted with care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns or exchanges are accepted if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Items that cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective include:
• Personalized or customized items
• Digital downloads
• Items marked as sale or clearance
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun.
Because many items are handmade or personalized shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot always be accepted.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know if your order has already entered production.
