Returns

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of personalized and made-to-order items, personalized products, custom designs, and custom digital files are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Unfinished Wood Craft Kits

Unfinished wood craft kits and cutout sets may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.

Because wood is a natural material, slight variations in grain, color, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, digital files, and custom digital designs are non-refundable once delivered.
